The room was furnished perfectly. A fan was also placed in the room. The staff at Fred's were friendly and made an excellent coffee.

a mixed bag

loud music poor ventilation

The location was convenient for getting around downtown. Not bad at all

the noise was a real problem though i was there during some kind of event in the space below the music blasted until late i swear the old windows did nothing to block the sound even worse the ventilation wasn't great the room felt stuffy even with a fan i probably needed earplugs and an ice bath

beautiful room great coffee easy parking

the beautiful double room was well-furnished. a fan was placed in the room. i also had a great coffee from the café downstairs. parking was easy to arrange and very close to the accommodation.

i didn't receive my access code via email initially.

Fantastic Boutique Room Experience

modern decor quick response comfortable room

I found clean and modern decor throughout the room. The host was quick to reply when I messaged regarding the access code late at night. I was very happy with the quick response and enjoyed my stay. The room included everything I needed and was comfortable.

There were old sash windows and the traffic noise outside was continuous.

The rooms feature complimentary tea and coffee, and also fresh milk sachets. I found a supply of bottled water in the fridge. The availability of these items was great.

The room offered excellent size and a nice design. I had all the facilities and extras I would expect in a hotel. The hotel has great privacy and a quiet atmosphere.

The self check-in process was easy. The instructions provided were straight forward to follow. Staff was cute downstairs. They offered delicious items with an excellent cup of tea.
